Transport law is the branch of law that regulates the legal relationships arising from transport activity, whether by land, sea, air or multimodal. It includes both regulatory and contractual aspects and covers a wide range of subjects.

review and analysis of transport insurance policies and their coverages.

Border Force:

Administrative records of the customs or immigration authorities in relation to the import, export, or transit of goods through the different territories.

Claims

Out-of-court claims against carriers, shipping companies, shipowners, airlines, or insurers.

Incidents

Marine casualties, incidents and accidents, salvage, and wreck removal.
Claims before the different Transport Arbitration Boards.
Management of non-payments.
Legal claims.
Defense of the client's interests against possible claims received.
